2nd Automatic Assessment of Parkinsonian Speech Workshop (AAPS’24)

I served on the local organising committee of the 2nd Automatic Assessment of Parkinsonian Speech Workshop (AAPS’24), hosted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in collaboration with Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM).

The hybrid workshop brought together researchers and speech professionals to advance the automatic assessment of Parkinsonian speech. Its programme focused on speech-based approaches to the diagnosis, assessment, prognosis, and rehabilitation of Parkinson’s disease, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary discussion and new research collaborations.
