MARISMa: a routine MALDI-TOF MS dataset from Spain

MARISMa

MARISMa contains 202,700 routine clinical MALDI-TOF mass spectra spanning 1,148 species, collected at a Spanish university hospital between 2018 and 2024. It includes antimicrobial-resistance annotations for research on microbial identification and resistance prediction.
